During last year’s Ignite conference, Microsoft officially announced the next perpetual update for Office, Office 2019. Office 2019 will feature updated versions of the Office apps (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and servers (including Exchange, SharePoint, and Skype for Business). At Ignite 2018, Microsoft announced the general availability of Office 2019 for Windows 10 and Mac that comes with the updated on-premises version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Visio, Access, and Publisher.
